Dino Mauricio

President & CEO

Dino joined Ducker as President and CEO effective October 1, 2020.  A seasoned advisor to Fortune 500 corporations and multinational clients for over 25 years, Dino and his team provide actionable market and customer insights to help companies accelerate growth, improve operations and optimize decision-making. Specific focus areas include strategy development, customer and market due diligence, merger integration, transformation, competitive intelligence and benchmarking. He has particular expertise in financial services, technology, healthcare, energy, chemicals, consumer products, hospitality and real estate.

Dino brings a strong track record growing professional services firms with broad managerial, operational and P&L responsibilities.  Prior to Ducker, he served as Financial Services lead at KPMG Strategy, Chief Operating Officer for Brock Capital, Partner at Schaffer Consulting, and Managing Director of Business Development at General Electric. Dino began his career at L.E.K. Consulting in London and Boston before leading private equity investments at Berkshire Group.  Dino holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.


Managing Principal

Joanne serves as managing principal with Ducker. She began her career with the company as an industry research analyst, and today leads Ducker’s global consulting practice. Joanne brings more than 25 years of experience in research and strategy development. Her specific areas of focus include buying behavior analysis, segmentation, competitive intelligence, customer and market due diligence, customer analysis, benchmarking, strategy development, and execution. She has particular expertise in construction equipment, off-road vehicles, chemicals, industry products, and building and construction products.

Prior to joining Ducker, Joanne worked as a marketing manager at a leading business products company and a research analyst for a human resources consulting firm. She is an active participant in the American Marketing Association, the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals, the Business Marketing Association, the Institute for the Study of Business Markets, and the Laubach Literary Society. She also serves on the Michigan State University Marketing Leadership Board and the Oakland Family Services Board of Trustees, in addition to extensive philanthropic work. Joanne was one of 10 recipients of the 2007 Top 10 Michigan Business Women, Global Business Award from the National Association of Women Business Owners. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Michigan State University.


Chief Financial Officer

Martin is the CFO and a global lead for the finance function at Ducker. He has more than 25 years of experience in establishing, managing and optimizing finance functions in organizations of all sizes and industries. In his role with Ducker, Martin helps ensure successful execution of all accounting operations while supporting internal and external reporting as well as supporting company strategic initiatives. He previously served in management roles with Roberts Oxygen Company, United States Postal Service, RiskMetrics and Marriott International. Martin is a certified public accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Georgetown University.


Managing Principal

Scott has been with Ducker since 1990. In his role as managing principal, he consults leading industry and investment concerns on key business questions. He works on projects ranging from original equipment manufacturers (OEM) to supplier to material issues, covering functional topics including growth strategy, product development, investment mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and capital restructuring. Scott also leads Ducker’s M&A advisory practice. Prior to joining Ducker, Scott held positions in marketing, product development, and program management at Unisys Corporation and worked as a business research specialist with Mead Data Central. He currently serves on the board of the Society of Automotive Analysts. Scott has a bachelor’s degree in business from Michigan State University and an MBA in industrial management from Michigan State University’s Executive Program.


Managing Principal & CMO

Chris serves as managing principal at Ducker, where he has widened the scope of all the company’s business development activities. He has nearly 20 years of experience in market development and strategic planning. With a strong foundation in industrial, construction, and technically oriented markets, he is an expert in services such as opportunity analysis, product positioning/launch, growth planning, and competitive benchmarking. He often speaks at construction and industrial events and has served as an advisor to many senior executives in the construction industry. Prior to joining Ducker, Chris served as director of market development for FKI Plc, a leading conglomerate trading on the FTSE 100. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial business management from Purdue University and an MBA in international economics, with a concentration in economic strategic concerns in industrial applications, from Indiana University.


Managing Principal

Nick serves as managing principal with Ducker. He leads Ducker’s fenestration industry research practice and co-leads the construction industry practice. He focuses on residential and commercial glass/glazings, windows, doors, and energy-efficient products including solar and photovoltaic components and systems. His expertise encompasses market forecasting and demand modeling, channel strategy, acquisition analysis, brand positioning, and competitive benchmarking, as well as new product development and innovation feasibility. He speaks frequently at industry forums, including Glass Week, the American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA), the Window and Door Manufacturers Association (WDMA), and the Insulating Glass Manufacturers’ Association (IGMA), and contributes articles to many journals and industry publications. Prior to joining DuckerFrontier, Nick spent 15 years at Pilkington Plc in various sales and marketing management positions. He holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in economics from Cambridge University in England.

Jamie Bender

Managing Principal

Jamie leads global engagement execution at Ducker across all disciplines and industry verticals.  Jamie also directly leads the Ducker Market Intelligence practice with a focus on delivery of market opportunity evaluation, transaction due diligence, and strategic growth consulting. He has more than 20 years of research and strategic planning expertise in the fields of acquisition analysis, technology trend assessment, competitive intelligence, new product feasibility, market size and segmentation analysis, and market penetration forecasting. Jamie has focused research experience in a wide range of industrial markets: construction, automation, lighting, HVAC, heavy equipment, transportation, power sports, and engineering services. Prior to joining Ducker, he worked as a logistics specialist in the carbide tooling and packaging industries. Jamie holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Michigan as well as a master’s degree in finance from Walsh College.  


Managing Principal and President of Europe Team

Philippe serves as managing principal at Ducker, where he co-heads the EMEA consulting teams in Paris, Berlin and London and leads the Building & Construction practice for Europe. He has over 20 years of experience helping global industry players develop winning marketing strategies—through organic and inorganic opportunities—that allow them to reach their growth targets. His areas of expertise include thermal and acoustic insultation, waterproofing, and airtightness for exteriors (roofing, façades) and interiors. Before assuming his role at Ducker, Philippe served as co-director of a leading business-to-business consulting firm based in Paris. Philippe is a member of ESOMAR and sits on the board of SYNTEC Conseil, the French Association of Marketing Research and Consulting companies. He has also been a lecturer in marketing at ESSEC Business School since 1998. Philippe holds a degree in international business from ICN (University of Nancy) and an MBA from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.


Managing Principal

Jochen currently heads Ducker’s European F&A team as managing principal. He has over 20 years of experience in the transportation and mobility sector, specializing in automotive suppliers, aftermarket, and fleets. He offers extensive experience in competitive intelligence, market size and structure analysis, and voice of customer analysis – particularly online B2B communities. Jochen joined Ducker after running his own precision tools supply company, serving major metal working clients in the Ruhr. He also teaches marketing research at the French Petroleum Institute’s Engineering School. Jochen holds a degree in economics and business administration from Witten/Herdecke University in Germany and a degree as qualified bank clerk (Bankkaufmann) with Deutsche Bank.


Managing Principal

Audrey heads Ducker’s heavy equipment consulting service line for EMEA. With over 15 years of consulting experience, Audrey supports C-suite clients in their strategic decisions with market intelligence information and strategic analysis to create value and stimulate growth. Her area of expertise is large machines: mining and construction equipment, aerial platforms, agricultural tractors and attachments, and more. Courant holds a master’s degree in consulting from Toulouse Business School. 


Managing Principal

For the past 10 years, Jim has been responsible for client management and engagement execution within Ducker’s advisory practice. Jim’s expertise includes leading global project teams in complex assignments, including acquisition and joint venture analysis, target identification, technology trend assessments, competitive intelligence, channel alignment, market size and segmentation, and share analysis. Devlin holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Indiana University. 


Managing Principal

Nicole leads the heavy equipment practice at Ducker. She has been with the organization for more than 25 years and has devoted her career to supporting heavy equipment manufacturers and their channel partners in their growth strategy development. Her areas of specialization include new product development, competitive intelligence, pricing, and voice of customer. McGregor holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
